OUR VERSION OF A CLASSIC NEGRONI WITH OUR SLOE GIN, WHERE THE FLAVOUR NUANCE IS ADDED BY PORT WINE, NOT BY VERMOUTH.
Ingredients
- 25 ML JUNIMPERIUM SLOE GIN
- 25 ML CAMPARI
- 35 ML GRAHAM PORT WINE
- 3 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTER
- 2-3 DEWBERRIES
Instructions
- FILL AN OLD FASHIONED GLASS WITH ICE CUBES OR WITH ONE BIG ICE CUBE.
- FILL A MIXING GLASS WITH ICE. ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO THE GLASS AND STIR 20-25 TIMES.
- STRAIN EVERYTHING INTO AN ICE-FILLED GLASS.
- ADD THE BITTER.
- PUT DEWBERRIES ON A COCKTAIL STICK AND PLACE OVER THE COCKTAIL.
