OUR VERSION OF A CLASSIC NEGRONI WITH OUR SLOE GIN, WHERE THE FLAVOUR NUANCE IS ADDED BY PORT WINE, NOT BY VERMOUTH.

Ingredients

  • 25 ML JUNIMPERIUM SLOE GIN
  • 25 ML CAMPARI
  • 35 ML GRAHAM PORT WINE
  • 3 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTER
  • 2-3 DEWBERRIES

Instructions

  1. FILL AN OLD FASHIONED GLASS WITH ICE CUBES OR WITH ONE BIG ICE CUBE.
  2. FILL A MIXING GLASS WITH ICE. ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO THE GLASS AND STIR 20-25 TIMES.
  3. STRAIN EVERYTHING INTO AN ICE-FILLED GLASS.
  4. ADD THE BITTER.
  5. PUT DEWBERRIES ON A COCKTAIL STICK AND PLACE OVER THE COCKTAIL.
